Pelayanan super duper lelet kenapa ga ditambah cs lagi coba.. Sedih sih padahal mau benerin remote tv doang lamanya nunggu sampe 1jam setengah, datang jam 02.30 s/d jam 04.00 huh..
Super duper slow service, why don't you add more cs, try it.. It's sad even though I want to fix the tv remote, it only takes 1 hour and a half, it comes at 02.30 to 04.00 huh..

Alangkah baiknya kursi tunggu customer di tambah kapasitas nya agar customer yang ingin servis bisa duduk nyaman.

Counter ada 5, 2 kosong, yang aktif melayani cuma 1 counter, 2 counter lagi sibuk perbaiki HP dan gak nerima costumer. Alhasil antrian panjang gak jelas dan lama banget. Pas ditanya soal urutan antri juga dijawab sekedarnya aja. Parah deh.

Pelayanannya lama Untuk nunggu ngambil antrian saja, sudah 90 menit sendiri, belum servisnya Harusnya, terima dulu saja hp yg rusak... Lalu di perbaiki, jgn maksa org untuk nunggu... Ga professional!!

Pelayanan bagus, biaya sparepart dan perbaikan cukup terjangkau. Saran untuk kedepannya di ringkas lagi metode antrinya karena sangat lama.

Kacau ya ini dari customer service sampai teknisi yang berlima perhari ini(10 April 2022) sama semua prinsipnya. Gw dateng jam 13:20 udah ga mau nerima customer lagi, padahal jelas2 ada keterangan antrian tutup jam 13:30. Bulan puasa gini masih juga korupsi waktu. Kepaksa gw kemari karena MI service center bekasi diarahin kesini. Oi owner atau managemennya kalau liat review ini bisa ngobrol sama gw langsung ya, kecewa banget gw sebagai customer.
It's a mess, from customer service to five technicians per day (10 April 2022) with all the same principles. I arrived at 13:20 and didn't want to accept customers anymore, even though it was clear that the queue closed at 13:30. This fasting month is still a corruption of time. I was forced to come here because the Bekasi MI service center was directed here. Dari 5 counter, yg terisi hanya 2 counter. Ketika datang tidak ada mesin antrian, sqya tanya yg lain katanya antriannya blm dibuka. Jadi harus nunggu selesai 60 nomor antrian, baru buka antrian yg baru. Baru kali ini liat service center model begini. Kok aneh ya, org dipaksa nunggu hanya utk ambil nomor antrian. Kl memang dibatasi, ya buat batasan misal sampai 100 nomor kemudian tutup utk hari itu dan diinfo juga. Memangnya orang waktunya hanya utk ambil nomor antrian. Pikir 1000x mau pakai merk ini lg. Parahhhhhhh
