★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bentuknya sejenis food stall, lokasi di lantai atas dekat eskalator. Karena sedang tidak ingin minum yg susu, gw coba yang honey earl grey macchiato pakai isian grass jelly. Suka sih sama tea seriesnya Xiboba ini lumayan seger dan manisnya lumayan pas ga over-sweet seperti yang fresh milk series karena pakai madu.
The shape is a kind of food stall, located on the top floor near the escalator. Since I didn't want to drink milk, I tried the honey earl gray macchiato with grass jelly filling. I like the Xiboba tea series, it's quite fresh and sweet enough, not over-sweet like the fresh milk series because it uses honey.

Tapi pas mampir ke gerainya di D’Mall lantai 3 ini saya justru sengaja pengen nyobain croffle-nya aja. Bentuk outlet bergaya grab and go, tapi karena berada satu wilayah dengan area foodcourt jadi bisa sekalian duduk untuk minum atau makan di tempat.
Pas saya mampir lagi ada promo beli dua croffle rasa apa aja gratis satu minuman jagoan mereka yaitu fresh milk boba brown sugar. Karena dipikir lumayan hemat, jadi langsung setuju aja pas ditawarin promo itu sama stafnya. Mereka punya 3 jenis topping croffle, tapi kali ini saya pilih yang rasa Croffle with Brown Sugar Daddy Boba dan Croffle with Auntie Biscoff Boba, masing-masing seharga Rp.25.000,-
Seporsinya berisi 3 croffle dengan topping berupa saus cair mirip kuah serta boba. Sekilas keduanya tampak sama, karena warnanya hampir tidak ada beda antara brown sugar daddy dengan auntie biscoff. Tekstur croffle empuk, renyah di luar, ada sensasi chewy, gurih dan diberi taburan gula yang banyak pada bagian luar. Untuk sausnya sendiri manis, bobanya kenyal dan tidak begitu manis. Untuk croffle jenis baru dengan topping boba sih cukup worth it menurut saya…
Xi Bo Ba is already quite famous for milk drinks with boba filling mixed with palm sugar. But when I stopped by the outlet on the 3rd floor of D'Mall, I just wanted to try the croffles on purpose. The outlet has a grab and go style, but because it is in the same area as the food court area, you can sit down to drink or eat on the spot.
When I stopped by again, there was a promo to buy two croffles of any flavor for free one of their favorite drinks, namely fresh milk boba brown sugar. Because I thought it was quite economical, I immediately agreed when the staff offered the promo. They have 3 types of croffle toppings, but this time I chose the Coffle with Brown Sugar Daddy Boba and Coffle with Auntie Biscoff Boba flavors, each for Rp. 25,000,-
A serving contains 3 croffles with a liquid sauce-like topping like gravy and boba. At first glance, the two look the same, because the color is almost no different between a brown sugar daddy and auntie biscoff. The texture of the croffles is soft, crunchy on the outside, has a chewy, savory sensation and is sprinkled with a lot of sugar on the outside. As for the sauce itself, it's sweet, the boba is chewy and not too sweet. For a new type of croffle with boba topping, I think it's quite worth it...
