reply : sebelumnya saya sudah tanya memungkinkan apa tidak namun DIJAWAB BISA. Kalo pun khawatir soal keselamatan, harusnya perusahaan memberikan asuransi kepada pekerjanya krn itu kewajiban dari tempat yg mempekerjakannnya dan menyesuaikan tarif tergantung tingkat risiko. Silahkan dijadikan sebagai saran dan kritik terkait pekerjaan yang dilakukan, bukan sebaliknya tidak terima kritik dan memutarbalikkan fakta kebenaran.
Semoga tidak ada konsumen lain yang mengalami kejadian seperti saya ini.
response nya doang gercep tapi gak jelas mekanisme nya seperti apa, tidak komunikatif, tidak solutif serta tidak kompeten. ketemu ini krn search Google dan review nya bagus (entah real atau fake), but it's not worthy, believe me.
update: the AC is LEAKING again even though it was washed yesterday. (photo attached)
reply: I've asked before if it's possible or not, but the answer is YES. Even if you are worried about safety, the company should provide insurance to its workers because that is the obligation of the place that employs them and adjust the rates depending on the level of risk. Please use it as suggestions and criticisms related to the work being done, not vice versa, do not accept criticism and distort the facts.
I hope that no other consumer will experience something like this happened to me.
The response is just fast but it's not clear what the mechanism is, not communicative, not solution-oriented and incompetent. I found this because I did a Google search and the reviews were good (either real or fake), but it's not worthy, believe me.
