★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entah ini kebetulan atau emng selalu seperti ini saya kurang tau. Tp ini pertama kali saya dtg langsung ke wom (krn kalo angsur lewat m.banking atau indomart) kesan saya disini sangat kecewa, pelayanan lama sekali, terlalu mebuang2 waktu, petugas hanya ada 1 sedangkan antrian sangat banyak. Pdhal banyak jg petugas yg keluar masuk tp entah, mungkin bukan bagiannya sehingga tdk bisa membantu bagian cs. Saya sempat ngbrol jg dgn cust. yg lain, ternyata merasakan hal yg sama dgn saya. Merasa kecewa dgn pelayanan.
Saran dr saya mohon untuk diperbaiki lg dalam pelayanan sehingga kami cust tdk merasa kecewa. Atau mungkin bila memang ini hanya kebetulan untuk hari ini saja, mohon dievaluasi ulang. Semoga tetap menjadi kepercayaan customer. Terimakasih ?
Either this is a coincidence or it's always like this I don't know. But this is the first time I came directly to WOM (because if I pass by m.banking or indomart) my impression here is very disappointed, the service is very long, too wasteful of time, there are only 1 officer while the queue is very much. Even though many officers go in and out but they may not be part of it so they cannot help the cs. I had a chat too with cust. others, apparently feel the same way with me. Feel disappointed with the service.
Dr advice I beg to be repaired again in service so that we cust not feel disappointed. Or maybe if it's just a coincidence for today, please re-evaluate it. Hopefully it remains a customer's trust. Thank you ?
