β β β β β Saya kecewa dengan pelayanan wom..udah 2 minggu lebih STNK dan KTP saya masih belum selesai buat perpanjang STNK.. di datangin bilangnya nanti mau di kabarin tapi sampai sekarang masih belum ada kabar sama sekali.. Percuma saya bayar angsuran rutin tanpa ada cacat.. Buat apa saya jadi pelanggan yg baik kalau pelayanan WOM sendiri tidak baik terhadap pelanggan..

I am disappointed with WOM's service ... it's been more than 2 weeks for my STNK and ID card. I still haven't finished extending my STNK .. I came to tell you that I want to report you later but until now there is still no news at all .. It's useless to pay routine installments without any defects. Why would I be a good customer if WOM service itself is not good for customers ..

β β β β β Kerjanya lelet gak sesuai waktu penagihan nya minta buru buru minta cepet di bayar giliran pengambilan bpkb ajah di undur dan lama banget antrian nya . Dari jam 9 sampe jam 3 belom di kasih juga . Parahh wom gak kaya finece yang lain .. kebanyakan ngeles

β β β β β ga ada bintang selain nol kah..pelayanan buruk pelunasan bpkb knp tidak langsung di kasihkan saja ke pemilik toh itu sdh hak pemilik knp mesti harus nunggu 14 hari why?? antrian ga jelas orang yg sudah keluar balik lg dpt antrian yg semula lg...bkn dpt antrian no baru kasian yg sdh menunggu lama customer servis lelet 1 konsumen bisa 1 jam
there are no stars other than zero, huh ... bad service, BPKB repayment, why don't you just give it to the owner, it's the owner's right, why you have to wait 14 days why ?? the queue is not clear, people who have come out back can get the original queue again ... can not get a new queue number, poor people who have waited a long time for slow customer service 1 customer can 1 hour

β β β β β Mau pelunasan angsuran terakhir dipersulit. Katanya masih offline, disuruh tunggu tapi gada kejelasan nunggunya berapa lama. Udah nunggu berjam jama malah disuruh pulang aja dulu balik lagi hari berikutnya.

β β β β β Pelayanannya kebanyakan ngobrol sama teman ... Qlo emang ga bisa pelayanannya atau lg ada trouble tolong di infokan langsung jngn sampe customer yg bertanya ... Mengecewakan !!!!
