They said that the rent cost is up to one third of the other buildings.
Cons:
Canteen is pricey. A few options.
Building is quite old.
The lifts are the worst. Often under maintenance, not because of routine, but the lift is stopped. Quite inconvenience since the amount are only 5, and sometimes 2 of them are cannot operate, with the building's height 15 floor, combined with peak hours.
Car and motorcycle Parking space is very limited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An office tower which place in West Jakarta. Recently this building namely Bisnis Tower, then changed to be Wisma Slipi. This building has 15 floor and 1 basement. Canteen at placed in basement floor. Motorcycle and cars can parking in basement and top floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wisma Slipi is an office tower, located in the main road of Jalan S Parman and artery road which is crossing the Jakarta from east to the west part.
Has a secure parking service and full 24 hours security watch.
Spacious parking space and easy to park your car there.
One of the office I ever visited in this building is a Kyungsung University Foundation of Indonesia. A representative office of Kyungsung University of Busan, South Korea. They have office and classroom to learn Korean language especially for the students whom registered them self to study at Kyungsung University.
Nice and clean area suitable for running your business from there.
