★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kamarnya nyaman banget pakai AC, TV kabel, tempat tidur, kamar mandi dalam. Plus ada musholla dan ruangan belajar bareng. Dan yang paling penting dekat dengan kampus UI
The room is very comfortable with AC, cable TV, bed, ensuite bathroom. Plus there is a small mosque and study room together. And most importantly close to the UI campus

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bagus banget layanannya & lengkap, AC, tv, wifi, kamar mandi dalam, keamanan terjamin, lingkungannya selalu bersih, bisa belajar bareng temen2, dan yang ga kalah pentingnya parkirannya luas!
Very good and complete service, AC, TV, WiFi, private bathroom, guaranteed security, the environment is always clean, can learn with friends, and last but not least the parking area is spacious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kamar ga luas ga sempit, pas. Ada AC sama balkon, enak buat kalyan perokok. Toilet di dalam kamar dan relatif bagus, buat boker nyamanlah, ada shower juga. Parkiran luas cuma kalo buat mobil agak kecil dan susah dijangkau, harus muter lewat Serengseng dari UI. Ada meja buat duduk2/nongkrong. Yang jaga ramah, Bu Yaya sama Om Jun namanya, mereka Betawi asli. Harga relatif pas lah, berani diadu sama kosan sebelah. Kalo laper ada Warbal sama Mas Agus deket situ (warbal agak mahal, mas agus murah). Yang paling ajib anak2nya sih, gapernah kesepian di Rose, udah kaya keluarga, kalo perlu apa2 bisa minta tolong sana sini. Intinya RECOMMENDED BANGET. Wahai kalyan maba2 yang sedang bingung cari kosan, sokin ae boss, Rosella Peeps menunggu.

The room isn't spacious, it's not tight, right. There is AC with a balcony, nice for smokers. The toilet in the room and relatively good, for boker comfortable, there is a shower too. Broad parking only if making a car is rather small and hard to reach, you have to drive through Serengseng from UI. There is a table for sitting / hanging out. The one who is friendly, Mrs. Yaya and Om Jun, are their original Betawi. The price is relatively right, dare to compete with the next boarding house. If there is a Warbal with Mas Agus near the place (warbal is rather expensive, mas Agus is cheap). The most encouraging of the children, is it ever lonely in Rose, it's already rich in families, if you need anything you can ask for help here and there. The point is RECOMMENDED BANGET. O kalyan maba2 who is confused to find a boarding house, sokin ae boss, Rosella Peeps is waiting.
