Kost khusus perempuan.
Gak ada jam malam, jadi gak kuatir dikunciin kalau dapat shift sore (pulang malam).
Suasananya adem, tenang. Kamar cocok buat sendiri, walaupun bisa berdua tapi sempit.
Ada cctv tiap sudut, Dapat wifi, air minum, dapur bersama, ada kamar AC.
Ada tempat sampah di depan setiap kamar dan diambil setiap pagi. Koridor rajin di bersihkan.
Akses masuk area kamar pakai fingerprint.
Didepan kos ada beberapa warung makan, warung kelontong dan laundry.
Jalan sedikit sudah sampai jalan raya margonda.
Bapak kos sangat ramah dan baik ❤️

Penjaganya baik dan lingkungan kos selalu dibersihkan. Kamar lengkap ada kasur untuk 2 orang, meja kursi, lemari, kamar mandi dalam.
