★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat ini saya rekomendasikan sekali sebagai tempat menginap, khususnya bagi keluarga besar UMY. Selain lokasi yang sangat representatif, tarif sewanya juga sangat murah. Cocok untuk acara-acara keluarga, ataupun organisasi. Mantap lah pokoknya.
 I recommend this place as a place to stay, especially for the big family of UMY. Apart from a very representative location, the rental rate is also very cheap. Suitable for family events or organizations. It's the point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and great place to visit, and also to spend some nights with friends or family members here. Accomodate almost all of your needs, 2 buildings ready for booking, and comes with another plus points :
- Spacious parking area
(at least 6-8 family sized cars will fit right in, or 1 large bus, plus 15 to 25 motorcycles in 2 parking spaces)
- A little quiet almost all day
- Right in front of Gardu Pandang Merapi
(another tourist attraction)
- Comfy and cozy atmosphere
The friendly staff here, Mr. Sukardi, will gladly helps you with all your needs. He will provide food and beverages if you ask, with a price of course. He will prepares everything in advance, and you'll need to keep in touch with him via WhatsApp to simply checks everything.
I'm a regular to this place, and would happily come again in the future.
