★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most tenants are Japanese company in Indonesia. Strategic location near Dukuh Atas Busway station and Sudirman MRT Station and also Sudirman Train Station, Airport Station BNI City. Just five minutes drives to Grand Indonesia shopping mall and Sarinah. Lack of location for private car because of even odd rules in the weekday, better using public transportation here. Just two blocks from Astra new Building in Sudirman District in South Jakarta.

Wisma KEIAI is a 26-story office building located on Jalan Jendral Sudirman. Initially, this building was a movie theater called Prince Theater in the 1970s and then its designation was changed and the building became a magnificent office building named Kyoei Prince until August 2011, its name was changed to "WISMA KEAI" due to changes in management and possibly also the owner of the building.
This office building was built in collaboration with Japanese companies and local companies Wiratman & Associates through Toda Corporation.
It can be said that many Japanese companies or company representatives have offices in this place.
Building facilities are very adequate with 9 passenger lifts (low and high zones), service lifts, ATMs, banks, food courts, restaurants, mini markets, 24-hour security access, and parking for a total capacity of 535 vehicles.
This building has its own uniqueness in the architecture of the lobby, almost all parts such as doors, fences, windows, and all room dividers are made of glass.
When compared with similar offices around Jalan Jendral Sudirman, this building can be said to provide adequate and attractive rental rates.
