★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kamar luas, ada TV, AC dan kamar mandi dalam. Ukuran tempat tidur bisa untuk berdua. Tempat nyaman, tetapi jauh dari jalan raya. Harga kos sudah termasuk laundry seminggu 2x. Listrik token.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kosan yang memorable. Orangnya ramah2, penjaga kosannya baik. Yang paling menarik ada kucing2 lucunya yang selalu standby di beri makan dan paham batas suci, gak sampai masuk2 ke kamar. Dulu ada kucing yg kalo minta makan kucingnya suka jedug in kepala (mirip suara ketuk pintu) di depan kamar kos. Sekarang entah kemana dia :((
