★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kosan terjangkau yg jaraknya cukup jauh dari pintu kukusan teknik atau kutek. Fasilitas yg disediakan cukup memadai. Terdapat kasur, meja belajar, lemari, kamat mandi dalam, dan dapur rame rame, serta ruang belajar rame. Kosan ini menerima laki laki dan perempuan. Gedung perempuan dan laki laki terpisah, yang menyatukan hanyalah pintu masuk dan keluar kosan. Penjaga kosan cukup ramah. Kosan di tutup sekitar jam 11.30 malam, dan di buka kembali jam 5.30.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harganya terjangkau, harga sewa terbaru 550k/bulan ditambah uang listrik 30k. Fasilitas kamar sangat memadai, ada tempat tidur, lemari, meja dan kursi belajar, dan kamar mandi dalam. Tersedia dapur dan kulkas bersama juga di bawah, persis di sebelah kamar pengelola kos. Sayang gue rate bintang 1 karena keamanannya rendah banget. Orang asing bebas keluar masuk. Kepedulian antar penghuni juga rendah. Sering terjadi kejadian kehilangan laptop, khususnya di gedung putri. Terakhir, MOTOR gue raib pas lagi musim liburan. Pokoknya harus hati-hati banget tinggal di sekitaran Beji. Jangan males dan malu soal keamanan barang pribadi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hati-hati jika ingin ngekos di sini karena saya kehilangan laptop. Padahal saya sedang di dalam kamar. Memang rawan sih karena penjaga kos sering tidak mengawasi. Apalagi ga ada cctv juga (katanya gamau pasang karena ribet lol). Terus beberapa kali nemu kecoak di dalam kamar mandi. Saya matikan 2 kali lalu masih muncul lagi. Selain itu, pertama kali tinggal di dalam kamar saya merasa gatal-gatal karena kasurnya kotor bgt, ga pernah dibersihkan. Akhirnya saya sewa jasa bersihkan kasur yg pakai vacuum cleaner (selamat ya yg mau menempati kamar saya seenggaknya kamu ga bakal kegatelan bgt). Kualitas airnya juga ga terlalu bening, keliatan bgt waktu nampung air di ember. Memang harganya sebanding dengan kualitasnya ?

I turned it off 2 times and then it still appeared again. Besides that, the first time I stayed in the room I felt itchy because the mattress was so dirty, it was never cleaned. Finally I hired a cleaning service that used a vacuum cleaner (congratulations, those who want to occupy my room at least you won't be too tired). The quality of the water is also not too clear, it looks really good time to collect water in the bucket. Indeed the price is comparable to the quality ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the cheapest yet cozy place to stay. This place has all the basic facility as a living place. With indoor bathroom, study room, kitchen, and of course bed.
The disturbing thing just the wifi. Quite expensive for a slow transfer speed. And you should bring your own bedsheet and pillow cover.
