This boarding house is big but it looks like it has never been treated, especially the top one ..

It is recommended for training guys ... affordable, in my opinion. but it has been cooperation with certain parties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempat mampir kesini untuk cari kost. Kamarnya lumayan besar, tapi kurang terawat. Kamar mandi yang ada dalam kamar hanya berupa sekat yang tidak sampai bagian plafond kamar, juga tidak ada pintu kamar mandinya. Kasur yang disediakan pun menurut saya sudah tidak layak. Mereka menawarkan harga 1,35juta per bulan untuk kamar AC dengan kamar mandi di dalam.
Banyak kamar di wisma ini, ada 3 lantai. Untuk yang mencari harga relatif murah & tidak keberatan merapikan sendiri kamarnya (atau yang tidak masalah dengan kondisi kamar yang sedikit berantakan) mungkin bukan masalah untuk mencoba tinggal di sini. Oiya, listrik token perkamar. Dan jalan di depan wisma bisa dilalui mobil.
Had stopped by here to find a boarding house. The room is quite large, but poorly maintained. The bathroom in the room is only a partition that does not reach the ceiling of the room, nor is there a bathroom door. The mattress provided also in my opinion is not feasible. They offer a price of 1.35 million per month for an air conditioned room with a bathroom inside.
Many rooms in this guesthouse, there are 3 floors. For those who are looking for a relatively cheap price & don't mind tidying up their own room (or that doesn't matter with the slightly messy rooms) it might not be a problem to try staying here. Oiya, electricity token permits. And the road in front of the guesthouse can be passed by car.
