 Strategic location, close to Margonda Toll, and Pondok Cina Station. Located in the city center but not noisy. Many public facilities around. Clean with a very affordable rental price

β β β β β Saya sudah hampir 7 tahun kos di sini. Bersih, aman, nyaman dan strategis lokasinya. Pemilik kos juga sangat ramah dan responsif jika terjadi masalah di kosan. Betah sekali tinggal di sini.
I've been living here for almost 7 years. Clean, safe, comfortable and strategic location. The owner of the boarding house is also very friendly and responsive if there is a problem in the boarding house. It's nice to live here.

β β β β β Saya udah 5 tahun kos disini. Bersih dan nyaman-nya bikin betah..?? Lingkungannya jg aman dan ga berisik. Mau kemana-mana deket, ke tmpat kerja deket, ke stasiun deket, ke mall deket, ke tempat gym jg deket. Ada banyak warung makan dan toko kelontong disekitaran.. Jd ga perlu kawatir kalo lg terdesak butuh apa2.. βΊ
I've been here for 5 years. Clean and comfortable makes you feel at home.. The environment is also safe and not noisy. Want to go anywhere close, to work close, to the station near, to the mall near, to the gym also close. There are many food stalls and grocery stores around.. So you don't have to worry if you are in a hurry to need anything..

β β β β β Tempatnya mudah ditemui oleh ojol, lingkungannya baik, tp ventilasi jendelanya ditutup sehingga ketika siang hari terasa pengap dan panas. Cukup recommended
The place is easy to find by ojol, the environment is good, but the window ventilation is closed so that during the day it feels stuffy and hot. Quite recommended

β β β β β baru 1,5 bulan sih disini tapi tempatnya nyaman banget!! warung2 juga cukup banyak, aksesnya gampangg banget. kostannya bersih, rapi. murah juga untuk ukuran kost sebagus ini di daerah Margonda. pemiliknya juga ramah bangett dan kalau ada trouble gercep dibenerin. kalau ini deket sama kampusku gabakal pindah sihγ

I've only been here 1.5 months but the place is really comfortable!! There are also quite a lot of stalls, very easy access. the boarding house is clean, tidy. cheap too for a boarding house as good as this in the Margonda area. the owner is also very friendly and if there is a problem it is quickly fixed. If it's close to my campus, I won't be moving thank you very much for your service

β β β β β Nyaman banget kosannya bersih, aman, sayang banget baru nemuin kos Wisma Almira deket2 mau resign kerja, jadi cuman kos 1bulan aja..
Very comfortable, the boarding house is clean, safe, it's a shame that I just found a boarding house at Wisma Almira close to leaving work, so it's only for 1 month only..

β β β β β Kosannya nyaman banget.. Tempatnya strategis dekat dengan mall, stasiun kereta dan yang jualan makan juga banyak disekitar kosan, lingkungan sekitar kosan juga bersih. Dan pastinya harganya juga sangat terjangkau, sangat senang pernah ngekos disini.
