Masyarakatnya ramah, mushallanya terbuka dan juga aktif digunakan untuk kegiatan shalat berjamaah, kajian, dan pendidikan untuk anak-anak.
Area sekitar perumahan masih banyak pesawahan, sehingga suasana pedesaannya masih sangat terasa meskipun tepat di sebelah utaranya sudah dipenuhi bangunan-bangunan kota.
Aksesnya juga dekat ke terminal giwangan. Bagi anda yang punya saudara atau kenalan di perumahan ini, cocok lah buat main dan liburan di Jogja.
