All hail technology.
Okay, it is bit irrelevant but the point is, Wina Pet Center is gorgeous as it is used to be. Too bad when I arrived there, there's nothing much of brand I find.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4⭐ for the service. Shop assistants here won't serve you because they're busy with other work (such as wrapping orders online) and here the buyers are preferred to explore the store. The shop assistants will serve you when you ask them. 5⭐ to all of item for pet's needs. Start from small fish oil, to 20kg toilet sand are also available here. so don't be surprised to see the store shelves that seem messy because it seems they are always busy with the number of orders

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ poor service. the owner were so rude. even if you bought online via tokopedia, they treat buyer so poorly. the owner is so childish (in a bad way), can't even respect buyers, mean and hold the transaction without intention to deliver the products, took so long to cancel the order. very rude, impolite and very very unprofessional. shop elsewhere guys.
