★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disapointed. Sangat mengecewakan. Servis tidak sesuai dengan promosi. Ambil paket full detailing. Nginap 2 hari, pas di cek dalam masih kotor. Ternyata jok dan karpet tidak diangkat, dan tidak ada permohonan maaf atau kompensasi. Reason was missed communication within them.
Disuruh balik lagi. Dan seharian mobil diulang untuk divacuum lagi. Tidak diperhitungkan jika klien kehilangan waktu dan tenaga. Very not recommended for detailing. Sorry to tell about this fact.
Very disapointed. Very disappointing. Service does not match promotion. Take the full detailing package. Stay 2 days, just check it in is still dirty. It turns out the upholstery and carpet were not lifted, and there was no apology or compensation. Reason was missed communication within them.
Told to go back again And all day the car is repeated to be driven again. Do not count if the client loses time and energy. Very not recommended for detailing. Sorry to tell about this fact.
