★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jangan beli sepatu disini kalau ada klaim garansi repot. Mending beli di toko puma atau authorized dealer aslinya.
Saya beli sepatu puma cali untuk anak perempuan saya tgl 5 desember. Setelah dipakai lem nya mulai terbuka dibagian sol bumper depan atas.
Tgl 26 desember, kebetulan saya lewat tokonya dan saya tanya apakah sepatu tersebut bisa diklaim atau tidak. Jawabannya mohon maaf garansi toko hanya 1 minggu tanpa mau minta diperlihatkan barangnya terlebih dahulu untuk dipertimbangkan oleh yg berwenang apakah ini kerusakan yg diluar wajar atau tidak.
Sangat mengecewakan jawaban untuk seorang pelanggan willio yg telah belanja beberapa kali tanpa komplain. Saran saya kalau jual cuma kasih garansi toko untuk 1 minggu lebih baik diberitahukan diawal. Supaya saya atau customer lain juga paham akan resikonya.
Don't buy shoes here if you have a hassle-free warranty claim. Buy it at the original puma shop or authorized dealer.
I bought puma cali shoes for my daughter on December 5th. After using the glue, it starts to open in the front bumper sole.
On December 26, I happened to pass by the shop and I asked if the shoes could be claimed or not. The answer is sorry, the shop guarantee is only 1 week without wanting to show the goods in advance to be considered by the authorities whether this is beyond reasonable damage or not.
Very disappointing answer to a willio customer who has shopped several times without complaint. My suggestion is that if you sell, just give a store warranty for 1 week, it's better to be informed at the beginning. So that I or other customers also understand the risks.
