★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hampir setahun tinggal disini dan emang sebetah itu. Lokasinya strategis dan yang paling penting tenang dan ga berisik. Kebersihannya juga selalu diperhatikan oleh penjaga kos dan owner yang baik banget. Good place to stay??
 I've lived here for almost a year and it's like that. The location is strategic and most importantly quiet and not noisy. Cleanliness is also always noticed by the boarding house keeper and owner who are very kind. Good place to stay??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan terbaik, ada penjaga yang standby untuk nerima barang kiriman. Ada kulkas dan dapur umum juga. Sering diberi makanan dari pemilik kost juga. Lokasi sangat strategis, dekat MRT dan dekat halte Transjakarta non BRT. Suasananya tenang, jauh dari jalan raya jadi tidak berisik suara kendaraan bermotor. Ada tempat untuk jemur baju juga. Keamanan terjamin karna ada CCTV juga
The best service, there are guards on standby to receive shipments. There is a fridge and a common kitchen too. Often given food from the owner of the boarding house as well. The location is very strategic, near the MRT and near the Transjakarta non BRT bus stop. The atmosphere is calm, far from the highway so there is no noise from motorized vehicles. There is a place to dry clothes too. Security is guaranteed because there is CCTV too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulillah sudah hampir 2 tahun disini betah, situasi kamar nyaman, lingkungan nyaman dan aman ada cctv, fasilitas dan servis nya oke banget disediakan dapur + gas + kulkas bebas mau masak. Owner dan admin nya alhamdulillah baik baik. Yang beda dari yang lain bawa hewan peliharaan kucing boleh, tapi tetep jaga kebersihannya donk. Overall mantap jiwa deh..
Thank God it's been almost 2 years I feel at home here, the room situation is comfortable, the environment is comfortable and safe there is CCTV, the facilities and services are really good, the kitchen + gas + fridge is free to cook. Thank God the owner and admin are doing well. What's different from others is that you can bring a cat as a pet, but keep it clean. Overall a solid soul..

Makanan enak: nasi kuning uwa, bubur ayam yg lewat jam 7 (bukan yg lebih siang), ketoprak dan siomay yg nongkrong dipertigaan jam 8 malam, Pempek di depan bengkel jl haji nawi, sedayu fresh (nila bakarnya enaakk), yg kangen soto bening (kyk di jogja) ada jg,
di deket alfamart, jus buah deket alfamart, bakso yg nongkrong depan indomart kl malam, nasgor samping indomaret.
Akses kunci 24jam, ada cctv, boleh bawa kuceenggg (terbaik sih ini), ada dapur kompor kulkas, parkiran motor, sampah depan kamar dibuangin. Selain itu penjaga kosan, mas endy (mas aidan) terbaik pokoknya. Ramah, selalu membantu (bahkan pas aku packing mau pindahan) :")
Tips: kalau ada kamar pojok di lt 2 atau 3, atau depan dapur yg kosong, mending milih itu. Agak sedikit lebih luas ruangnya hehe
Lived here for 4 years. Good food: uwa yellow rice, chicken porridge that is past 7 (not later), ketoprak and dumplings that hang out at the fork at 8 pm, Pempek in front of the workshop on Haji Nawi, fresh sedayu (the grilled tilapia is delicious), who miss clear soup (like in Jogja) there are also,
near Alfamart, fruit juice near Alfamart, meatballs hanging out in front of Indomart at night, fried rice next to Indomaret.
24 hour key access, there is cctv, you can bring kuceenggg (this is the best), there is a kitchen, refrigerator stove, motorbike parking, garbage in front of the room is thrown away. Besides that, the boarding house keeper, Mas Endy (Mas Aidan) is the best anyway. Friendly, always helpful (even when I was packing to move) :)
Tips: if there is a corner room on the 2nd or 3rd floor, or in front of an empty kitchen, it's better to choose that. It's a bit more spacious hehe
