★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya tau untuk kepentingan efisiensi, maka proses pembuatan makanan, baru dilakukan setelah customer datang, tapi saya dapat pengalaman yang buruk tadi siang.
Saya order sekitar jam 12.40, dimana saya pelanggan yang baru datang, saya pesan dua paket Dave's single burger, beserta French fries dan cola. Kemudian saya pun menunggu...
Makanan termasuk lumayan lama datang nya, ada sekitar 10 menit lebih, baru datang ke meja saya, untung nya saya nyambi meeting zoom, jadi ndak kerasa ( meski perut sudah lapar sebenarnya)... Namun sangat kecewa ketika memakan pesanan saya.
1. French fries
- over cooked, keras, gak lembut, bahkan banyak yang kegoreng gosong, dan banyak yang patah kecil kecil
- over salted, kebanyakan garam, bahkan butiran garamnya sampe keliatan jelas

2. Dave's single burger
Saya tau kalau makan di fast food, burgernya pasti ya standar2 aja, tapi ini pengalaman saya makan burger yang paling gak jelas, masih lebih jelas burger di gerobak pinggir jalan
- dingin, ya burgernya masih kerasa dingin, rotinya masih terasa dingin, dan patty-nya doang yang kerasa anget
- kejunya gak jelas, gak meleleh blas, dan ya, terasa dingin pas digigit
- sayurnya ya udahlah kerasa dingin
3. Cola
Ya, sodanya aja yang kerasa enak
Total saya bayar 160k untuk makanan yang menurut saya gak jelas seperti diatas
Saya pilih masuk ke Wendy's, karena saya pikir tempatnya sepi, cocok buat meeting, tapi kalo makanan yang saya dapat seperti diatas, lebih baik saya pilih KFC yang ada di sebelah nya
Saran: untuk ukuran fastfood, 10menit sudah waktu yang lama untuk menyiapkan dua burger dan dua French fries, seharusnya makanan yang disiapkan sesuai dengan kualitas yang diharapkan.

 I know for the sake of efficiency, the process of making food is only done after the customer arrives, but I had a bad experience this afternoon.
I ordered around 12:40, where I am a new customer, I ordered two packages of Dave's single burger, along with French fries and cola. Then I waited...
The food took a long time to arrive, there were about 10 more minutes, it just came to my table, luckily I was at a Zoom meeting, so I didn't feel (even though my stomach was actually hungry)... But I was very disappointed when I ate my order.
1. French fries
- over cooked, hard, not soft, even a lot of them were fried and burnt, and many were broken into small pieces
- over salted, mostly salt, even the grains of salt until it looks clear
The potatoes themselves are tasteless, and taste just salty (because of the large amount of salt)
2. Dave's single burger
I know that if you eat at fast food, the burgers are definitely standard, but this is my experience eating burgers which is the most obscure, it's still clearer burgers on roadside carts
- it's cold, yes, the burger is still cold, the bread is still cold, and only the patty is warm
- the cheese is not clear, doesn't melt, and yes, it feels cold when you bite it
- the vegetables are already cold
3. Cola
Yes, it's just the soda that tastes good
In total I paid 160k for food which I don't think is clear as above
I chose to go to Wendy's, because I thought the place was quiet, suitable for meetings, but if the food I got was like the one above, I'd better choose the KFC next door
Suggestion: for fast food, 10 minutes is a long time to prepare two burgers and two French fries, the food should be prepared according to the expected quality.
Sorry, I won't be coming to eat at Wendy's again

Just sharing a trick, use cc wisely (after the transaction, try to pay full usage so you don't fall in debt?)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sy dr anak usia 1 th sering beli di situ sampai pernah jg merayakan ultah anak dng keluarga di situ.. Tp bulan2 ini sy k situ ga nyaman sama petugasnya yg laki2 di kasir.. Pertama sy beli alasannya ga ada uang kembalian sampai sy menukarkan uang k kfc
sebelahnya bsoknya sy beli buat anak lg sama jg katanya ga ada uang kembalia.n.. Niat ga sih layanin konsumen. Lalu kemarin symau beli untuk anak sy tanya ada promo atay tdk dia cuma jwb ga ada tanpa memberikan atau menawarkan yg ada.. Masnya ga ramah.. Atay krn sy cuma pakai celana pendek dan sandal jepit..
Semoga di ganti karyawannya yg di kasir... Krn ga welcome bangt..
I'm a 1 year old child who often buys there and has also celebrated my child's birthday with my family there.. But these months I'm not comfortable there with the male clerk at the cashier.. First I bought it because I didn't have change until I exchanged money k kfc
Next to it, the next day, I bought it for my child, the same thing, he said there was no money back. n.. I don't intend to serve consumers. Then yesterday when I wanted to buy it for my child, I asked if there was a promo or not, he just answered that it wasn't there without giving or offering what was there.. The mas isn't friendly.. Or because I only wear shorts and flip-flops..
Hopefully the employee at the cashier will replace it... Because it's not really welcome..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nice place to dine in or take away in Transmart Bintaro. The seatings are plenty, you can bring family or friends and have a group meeting here.
Wash Basin and High Chair are available. I didn't find toilet here, but you will find it outside this restaurant, still in the area of Transmart Bintaro.
Since it's affiliated with Transcorp so you will get discount for special menu or when you reach minimum price to get it.
You will get 25% discound for minimum purchase of 110.000 (after tax). And 50% for special menu for 8 persons.
