★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anak saya beli produk Watsons True Colour, setelah bayar dikasir tidak dikasih struk, pas mau keluar ditanya sama ibu²/Mbak² yang yang berdiri di depan (security mungkin) sudah bayar/belum, saya jawab sudah tapi gak dikasih struk. Dia jawab minta dong sruk kan penting, nanti kalo masuk toko lain dibilang ngambil barang toko itu. Dan ketika saya hampiri kasir dengan tidak ramah dia bilang gak bisa udah kelewat. Helo, gimana tuh tadi ibu yang jaga di depan bilang struk itu penting, sekarang pas diminta katanya gak bisa udah kelewat. Lah, penjaganya dua²nya sangat kurang ramah. Tadi ngembaliin kurang berapa ratus perak tanpa rasa bersalah. Etitud itu sangatlah penting. ?
