β β β β β Belum lama tgl 6 Maret saya ke Watsons dmall saya ke Maybelline mau beli foundation saya nanya kepada SPG lain " SPG nya mana ya ?" Akhirnya SPG lain yg menjelaskan dan melayani. Saya tanya untuk foundation yg tidak terlalu terang dan jg tidak terlalu gelap. Dia ksh tau ke saya dan setelah saya pakai itu warna gelap!! Bukan juga itu. Dia tidak menanyakan saya punya member atau tidak.pdhl sudah saya siapkan didepan mata. Karna saya asik ngobrol SM tmn saya sambil menunggu brp total. Setelah saya pembayaran dan ke input. Baru saya blg " mba saya ada member" dia blg yah kak sudah terinput. Saya merasa rugi belanja total 560 lumayan untuk poin. Semoga tidak ada lg kejadian ini. Terimakasih.
Not long ago, on March 6, I went to Watsons and I went to Maybelline. I wanted to buy my foundation, asking another SPG "Where's the SPG?" Finally another SPG explained and served. I ask for a foundation that is not too bright and also not too dark. He knows me and after I use it it's dark !! Not that either. He did not ask whether I have a member or not. I have prepared it in plain sight. Because I'm cool talking to my friend SM while waiting for my total. After I pay and input. Then I said "I'm a member," but I already inputted. I feel a total loss of 560 is good for points. Hopefully none more lg this incident. Thanks.

β β β β β Ada di lantai 1 mall depok (dmall). Ga banyak ngerti sih soal watson karena kbanyakan barang2nya buat perempuan. Tapi istri betah banget liat2 barang di toko ini.
It's on the 1st floor of the Depok Mall (DMALL). I don't really understand much about watson because most of its stuff is for women. But the wife really feels at home seeing the goods in this shop.

β β β β β - Barangnya kurang lengkap dan tidak didisplay semua. Pertama kali datang saya cari mascara merk m*, namun di tempat displaynya kosong. Akhirnya saya langsung keluar. Seminggu lagi kemudian saya datang, ternyata masih belum di display (kosong). Dan karena penasaran saya tanya ke spgnya. Ternyata produk yang saya mau beli ada, namun spgnya entah ambil dimana saya tidak perhatikan. Yang jelas bukan di bagian display atau di laci bawahnya.
- Harganya lumayan pricey dibanding tempat lain.
- Spgnya ramah dan helpful :)
- Tempatnya sempit, yang mengantre di kasir menganggu dan menutupi rak produk di sampingnya sehingga kurang nyaman dikunjungi saat ramai.
Enggak yang di sini, ngga yang di di margo kenapa ya kasir watson suka ambil uang customer? Direncanakan sekali niat jahatnya. Saya beli pura-pura lupa kasih struk. Pas saya minta, baru bilang kalo produk yang saya beli diskon. Mana diskonnya hampir 30 ribu rupiah. Untung ga saya perpanjang masalah ini ke atasannya ya.
Buat yang belanja di sini, hati-hati aja sama kasir yang tidak jujur.
- The goods are incomplete and not all displayed. The first time I came I was looking for mascara brand m*, but the display was empty. I finally got out. Another week later I came, it was still not on the display (empty). And out of curiosity I asked the spg. It turns out that the product I want to buy is there, but I don't know where I took it, but I didn't notice. What is clear is not in the display or in the drawer below.
- The price is quite pricey compared to other places.
- Spg is friendly and helpful :)
- The place is narrow, the queue at the cashier is annoying and covers the product shelf beside it, making it less comfortable to visit when it's crowded.
Not here, not at Margo, why does cashier Watson like to take customer's money? It was a malicious plan. I bought it pretending I forgot to give the receipt. When I asked, I just said that the product I bought was discounted. Where the discount is almost 30 thousand rupiah. Luckily, I didn't extend this issue to his superiors.
For those who shop here, be careful with dishonest cashiers.
