Saya menerima orderan grab expres pengambilan barang berupa parfum di watssons bxc mall
Pelayanan kasir sangat buruk. Saya bertanya baik2 perihal nama dan alamat penerima tapi kasir malah menggebrak meja,kalau memang tidak tau detailnya kasih tau baik2.saya sangat kecewa dengan pelayanan watsons bxc.

Cashier service is very bad. I asked nicely about the name and address of the recipient but the cashier instead hit the table, if you don't know the details tell me well. I am very disappointed with the service of the Watsons BXC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini saya melakukan kunjungan ke Watsons BXC dan mengalami pengalaman yg nggak mengenakan. Tadi saya dan teman saya menggunakan sandal jepit dan tiba tiba pas saya lagi lihat2 di bagian Emina, ada mba mba watsons yang nyeletuk atau kesannya menyindir kita "aduh becek nih becek" sambil ngelihat kearah kami berdua. Yang sadar pas di sindir seperti itu malah teman saya yg lagi nungguin saya swatch blush on di emina. Saya gak fokus. Dan juga posisi kita pake sandal jepit ini nggak becek samsek, sandal kami gak ada air air atau apapun itu alias bersih dan gak bekas becek2an. Karena tadi sebenernya sepatu kita basah kuyup pas berangkat pagi ke sekolah, kena hujan. Makanya kita terpaksa ganti jadi sandal jepit. Menurut saya ini nggak sopan banget, walaupun kita cuma anak sekolahan dan make sandal jepit bukan berarti kita ga patut dihargai kan? Kami juga customer sama seperti yang lainnya, kami pun beli barang dan gak mengganggu kenyamanan yang lain. Sangat disayangkam banget ya masih ada aja orang kayak gini, memandang orang sebelah mata. Mungkin mba watsons nya mikir kita cuma lihat2 dan terlihat seperti orang kampungan atau gimana ya saya gak ngerti. Intinya, kalau memang merasa kami mengga gu ya tegur aja mba, gak perlu kayak gitu. Ngeliatinnya pun sinis banget. Kalo tadi saya sadar sedamg disindir seperti itu, bakal saya tegur sekalian mbanya. Ada hak apa mbak nyindir kami gitu? Pihak mall pun gak ada yg negur, toh kami juga gak naik escalator atau becek2an. Sangat mengecewakan. Mannernya diperbaiki ya mba, biar sopan sama semua pelanggan gak perlu lihat dari tampilannya seperti apa. Thanks.

And also our position using these flip-flops is not muddy, our sandals don't have water or anything else, it is clean and not used up. Because beforehand our shoes were soaked when we left in the morning to school, got rain. So we are forced to change into flip-flops. I don't think this is really polite, even though we are just schoolgirls and make flip flops doesn't mean we don't deserve to be appreciated right? We are also customers just like everyone else, we also buy goods and do not disturb other comforts. It is very dear, there are still people like this, looking at the person in the eye. Maybe the Watsons mba thinks we just saw and looked like a villain or what I didn't understand. The point is, if you really feel like we are guilty, bro, you don't need to be like that. Seeing it is too cynical. If I was aware of that, being insinuated like that, I would rebuke all of her. What rights do you miss us like that? The mall doesn't have any negatives either, but we don't go on escalators or muddy anyway. Very disappointing. The manner is repaired, bro, so that it is polite to all the customers, do not need to see what it looks like. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya belanja di hari ini jam 15.40. Ternyata sampai rumah saya baru ngeh kalau tidak dikasih struk dan juga 1 obat yang saya beli (myonal) tidak ada di dalam kantong belanja. Saya coba telphone ke watson BXC tapi tidak diangkat2. Walau saya tidak ada struk tapi saya ada bukti transaksi sms kartu kredit.
I shop today at 3:40 p.m. It turned out that until my new home I understood that I was not given a receipt and also 1 drug that I bought (myonal) was not in a shopping bag. I tried to call to Watson BXC but it was not picked up. Although I have no receipt, I have proof of credit card SMS transactions.

Yang belum ada utama spice Bali.
Sama seperti outlet Watson pada umumnya. Juga menjual obat-obatan. Menerima pemesanan grab/gojek.
As short as I know. Watson at Bintaro x change is quite complete. Many personal care brands are available. There are love beauty and planet brands, Jedar artist brands, etc.
There is no main Balinese spice yet.
Just like Watson outlets in general. Also sells drugs. Accept order grab / gojek.
