★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saat nyuci di sini ada pakaian saya yang hilang tapi tidak ada penanganan sama sekali dari tim washpedia. saya bahkan ga minta ganti rugi, cuma mau tau hilangnya di mana saat apa.
saya tau kalau hilang yang ganti adalah karyawan dan saya ga berniat ganti, tapi ga ada etikad baik sama sekali dari karyawan yang bertugas.
When washing here, my clothes were missing but there was no handling at all from the Washpedia team. I don't even ask for compensation, just want to know where it was lost at what time.
I know that when it is lost, it is an employee and I do not intend to replace it, but there is no good ethic at all from the employee on duty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and professional laundromat. The machines are American build and detergent is Germany. The attendant is clean with strict Covid protocol. They are spraying disinfectant regularly.
Quality of the laundry is very clean and neat. I love to laundry in this store
