★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place for having a lunch with friends, great food especially their mangut pari and telor dadar.
A real 'kebon' ambience so need to prepare some mosquitos repeallant, better the spray one because you need to use ur hand for eating for better experiences.
They use old metal cutlery for their mug and plates without any banana leaves for the base layer of the plates.
They provided spoon and fork but no straw for your drink, better bring one from home.

Ambiance are great, love the interior with yellow lamp, bamboo, etc. food are awesome reminds me of my grandma’s cook especially that mangut pari. Area is right beside graveyard, i can understand why their closing time is at 5PM.
Everything was fine, tonggeret sound, fresh air, calm watching cat and chicken….then these bunch of people behind me SMOKING and PLAY LOUD MUSIC OF SUNDANESE GENDING THEN CHANGE TO DANGDUT. Please respect other’s who come to seek some serenity.
Suggest the resto to provide room or area to smoke so it will not bother other guess, i saw there are lots of people complaining about it too, hopefully there will be improvement. Please warung owner if you see guess playing loud music ask them to stop or put sign no music allowed.

Modest place with the ambient of Kampong or countryside eatery. With nice and polite crews serving you. They even ask how the food tasted etc.
Not many much menus to choose from. But in my opinion, their best features are:
Mangut Pari (Stingray Stoop)
Telur Dadar (Fried Eggs)
Tempe Mendoan
Ayam Goreng Kremes
Jeruk Kunci Hangat (beverages)
.. and of course, the natural surrounding.
Having your meals with soft-wind blowing and rustling leaves, listening to cicadas' sound in open space surrounded by trees. Priceless for us city-dwellers. Kind of remind me of my childhood.
Eating with metal plates including drinking mug is also a standard here, no straws too.
And for religious views, this place is next to a local cemetery. Remind us that once life is over, we shall have a place for our future.

Its food taste is standard, not so special. With quite affordable price, you can still enjoy the meal here with clean air.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good open air space and good food (especially mangut pari). Come here if you are looking for a traditional eating experience with bamboo tables & chairs and aluminium plates & cups. Very crowded on the weekends. The staff are very kind but can be confusing for first timers since there is no written flow or clear lines for getting a table, ordering, and paying. Food is mostly ready but the serving takes really long probably because of the number of customers.
