Saya sih suka bakwannya yang di goreng melebar besar. Untuk tempe goreng tepungnya terlalu tebal. Jadi kurang begitu enak. Akan lebih enak jika di goreng menyerupai keripik. Enak di makan campur sotonya.
The sot is really fresh. What's more in a small bowl portion. Quite satisfying, not outrageous.
I really like the bakwan which is fried in a wide widen. For fried tempe, the flour is too thick. So it's not so good. It would be better if fried like chips. It's delicious to eat mixed with sotonya.
