warungnya sendiri sangat nyaman bukan tenda tapi permanen nempel dengan Gedung atlantica, sederetan dengan wisma mulia.
downsidenya seperti sudah pakai kecap b*ango bukan kecap yang biasa di tukang sate di Tegal asli.
untuk ukuran daging cukup standard dan isian lemak sebanyak 20%an. konsistensi daging empuk dan gak ngelawan meski saya pernah coba sate lain yang lebih empuk.
untuk sambel kecap terdiri dari kecap, bawang dan sedikit cabe potong yang kalau nambah sih pasti dikasih.
terakhir saya kesana sekitar jam 5 sore san masih buka dan terima pesanan.
menu lain ada sop yang ok saja segar tapi gurih. lumayan untuk menetralisir rasa sate.
one of my husband's favorite satays in Jakarta.
the shop itself is very comfortable, not a tent but permanently attached to the Atlantica building, a row with the noble guesthouse.
The downside is that it's like using bango soy sauce instead of the soy sauce that is usually found in satay artisans in Tegal.
for the size of the meat is quite standard and the fat stuffing is as much as 20%. the consistency of the meat is soft and doesn't fight even though I've tried other satays that are more tender.
for the soy sauce sauce, it consists of soy sauce, onions and a little chili, which if you add it, you will definitely give it.
the last time I was there around 5 pm it was still open and taking orders.
other menus have soup which is ok, fresh but tasty. good enough to neutralize the taste of satay.
