β β β β β The first time I tried tongseng 'khas solo'. The soup itself thick and similar to gulai that I knew. For the tongseng kambing, they give fat and meat in the same portion. So if you don't or can't have fat you can ask the seller to exclude the fat.
The same as kambing skewer. They give fat in the mid of the skewer, but I don't think we can request no fat. Since the food contain lot of fat (which I like) then we have to eat not in long time because the fat will clod up and hardened.
