★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always like their satay kambing. In my opinion it is good. And also their soup. But no too clean, they better improve in that. Parking not too many. Sometimes its crowded. They've many branches especially in puncak. I will come back here again but to another bigger branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh the best 'sate ayam' i've ever taste. Comes in a single cut of fillet instead of the classic three cuts of meat and skin combo. Served glazed with their special grill sauce, with separate bowls of peanut sauce and sambal kecap, which both are extremely good. The meat is of superb quality and done just right so it's entirely cooked but still maintain it's tenderness. Sate kambing is also very nice but if you expect some goatish taste, go for their meat-fat combo instead of the clean meat version. Reasonable price (more to cheaper side).

Quick serving and reasonable price for lamb satay.
Restaurant decoration need to be brighter and child friendly.
Avoid the Gulai, for me the tumeric taste is too strong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were looking for cheap dinner since we stayed at the hotel across this establishment (Royal Safari Garden Hotel). Although have mixed reviews, we decided to give this place a try.
Ambience is not very good IMO. Lighting is not bright enough. Interiors can help with some refreshments here and there. If you have young children, you should know that patrons can smoke freely in here. Overall the ambience is suitable if you're looking for some traditional feel eatery.
We ordered chicken satay, and goat tongseng. The satay is good. The sauce is simple sweet soy sauce. The peanut butter sauce isn't sweet so you might want to add sweet soy sauce. The kids love them satays.
The goat tongseng we ordered for meat only as we don't want to eat goat tripe/ skins that night. But clearly the waitress didn't hear carefully since the tongseng bowl that come have them meats and tripes. The soup is good but we've tried better tasting tongseng (personal opinion : lacking that tongseng fragrant). Plus point is the goat meat doesn't smell (nggak prengus).
The rice we ordered was put in traditional bamboo bakul. Wife said if they want to use of bakul they should've put banana leaf before the rice. Wife also complaint that they weren't cleaning the rice (beras) thoroughly before they cook them, because the rice (nasi) still have few rice lices. Not that big of a problem though because u can easily remove them if you spot them ;D and it's not harmful if you eat them.
Bansus/Bandrek Susu / Milk Bandrek that i've ordered also have too much condensed milk. It's very sweet and making the ginger fragrant very thin. Overall the menu is a bit pricey (40-45k for a portion of satay or tongseng) but I think it is the standard for puncak / cipanas area.
