★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jika biasanya nasi uduk dan lontong sayur mengambil label khas betawi, mbak suci berani beda.
Beliau melabeli warungnya sebagai nasi uduk dan lontong sayur khas Bojonegoro Jawa Timur. Jadinya label ini membuat orang penasaran dan ingin mencoba mencicipi.
Ternyata rasanya... wow ngedap-ngedapi. Sekali mencoba banyak yang dari penasaran jadi ketagihan. Lontongnya legit, kuahnya gurih manis, sayurannya seger.
Nasi uduknya juga mantep. Gurih, pulen, sedep dan wangi. Ditanggung terasa nikmat sampai sendokan terakhir.
Saking percaya diri bahwa masakannya sudah enak, mbak suci ogah nambah gorengan buat pelengkap dagangan. Katanya nambah repot. Sebab mbak Suci juga gak mau memakai asisten. Semua ditangani sendiri.
Mungkin karena semua ditangani sendiri itulah Mbak Suci sering kecapean dan jadinya kerap jutek pada pelanggan. Ini diakui sendiri oleh mbak suci ketika beliau menyesal usai menyadari kejutekan yang dilakukan tanpa sengaja.
Yang jelas kejutekan tersebut tidak membuat pelanggannya kapok. Apalagi sekarang Mbak Suci sudah melengkapi warungnya dg layanan gofood sehingga pelanggan tak perlu lagi kena jutekan yg tak disengaja.

He labels his shop as nasi uduk and lontong sayur as typical of Bojonegoro, East Java. So this label makes people curious and wants to try a taste.
Turns out it feels ... wow. Once tried, many people were curious to become addicted. The lontong is legit, the broth is savory and sweet, the vegetables are fresh.
The Nasi Uduk is also good. Savory, fluffier, delicious and fragrant. Bear feels good until the last spoon.
I was so confident that the food was delicious, Ms. Suci refused to add fried food to complement her merchandise. He said it added to the hassle. Because Ms. Suci also doesn't want to use an assistant. All handled by themselves.
Maybe it was because everything was handled alone that Mbak Suci was often tired and so often used to her customers. This was admitted by the Holy Lady herself when she regretted that she realized the shock she had done accidentally.
What is clear is that the shock does not make customers give up. Especially now that Mbak Suci has equipped her shop with gofood services so that customers no longer need to be hit by accidental pushes.
