★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Makan 3 porsi, sambal cuman dikasi 1 porsi kecil banget.. minta tambahan gabisa, katanya si uda abis.. tapi pas ada yang dateng lagi, masi ada tuh sambel.. Pesan es teh manis ga dikasih kasih..
Bayar harus cash, EDC masih proses.
Pelayanan nya kurang ramah juga.
Overall si kaya belom siap buka restaurant, tapi dipaksa buka dulu.
Beda jauh sama yang ada di Bandung.
 Eat 3 portions, only 1 portion of chilli sauce is really small ... I asked for more, he said, it's already finished ... but when someone came back, there was still chili sauce ... Ordered sweet iced tea was not given ...

The carp is still smelly, the price is expensive and doesn't match the taste, keep asking for takeway fish wrapped in transparent plastic only without styrofoam like buying it at warteg..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sambel gabisa ambil sendiri. Makan 5 orang, sambel cuman dikasih sepiring kecil. Pas minta sambel, sambel abis malah beli gula dulu si mas nya, pas dateng sambel jadi nya keburu nasi udah mau abis. Lauk nya dipanasin, tapi malah jadi keras. Menu nya kurang lengkap. Pelayanan kurang ramah.
Sambel can't take it yourself. Eat 5 people, only given a small plate of sambal. When I asked for sambal, the sauce was finished, the mas even bought sugar first, when the sambal came, the rice was about to run out. The side dish was heated, but it turned hard. The menu is incomplete. Service is not friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya nyaman parkir cukup, sayang menu dan harganya sangat mahal untuk ukuran masakan ALA SUNDA, serta rasa standart aja dan lalapan tidak komplit hanya timun dan kol....tidak seperti ala SUNDA yg lainnya bermacam2 lalapan terutama daun POHPOHAN selalu ada....tidak seperti AMPERA yg sy kenal
The place is comfortable enough parking, unfortunately the menu and the price is very expensive for the size of SUNDA-style cuisine, and the taste is standard and the fresh vegetables are not complete, only cucumber and cabbage....unlike other SUNDA-style dishes, various vegetables, especially POHPOHAN leaves are always available.... not like the AMPERA I know

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya nyaman. Hidangannya masih hangat. Sambal nya lezat. Cuma tempat duduk lesehannya kotor tak terlihat, tiba2 telapak kaki kita2 dan bocil2 pada hitam2 dan kotor.
The place is comfortable. The dish is still warm. The sambal is delicious. Only the lesehan seat is dirty and invisible, suddenly the soles of our feet are black and dirty.

Pesan banyak lauk untuk beberapa orang di rumah untuk buka puasa dan sahur (take away), sambalnya cuma 1 bungkus kecil. Pesan 1 oseng pare, hampir tidak dimasukkan kalau tidak ditanya, walau semua sudah dibayar termasuk oseng parenya. Sesampai di rumah, ternyata ayam bakar untuk sahurnya juga tidak dimasukkan.
Komplain via telpon, ayam bakarnya akan dikirim tapi ongkir tanggung sendiri, meski bukan salah kami yang langsung kami tolak. Lalu oleh mereka diminta klaim kalau lewat dekat situ nanti. Akhirnya harus cari lagi kekurangan untuk makan sahur.
Oh ya. Musholla nya meski cukup besar juga kotor. Kalah dengan Bebek Narto (lokasinya dekat dari Ampera ini) yang musholla nya kecil namun bersih.
Maaf, gedung bagus tapi pelayanan Ampera di sini secara umum, "koplak". Kami sekeluarga sepakat, tidak akan membeli makanan di Ampera Pondok Gede lagi.
The service is terrible. No wonder so many 1 star.
Order a lot of side dishes for several people at home for iftar and sahur (take away), the sauce is only 1 small packet. Order 1 oseng pare, it's almost not included if you don't ask, even though everything has been paid for including the pare oseng. When I got home, it turned out that the grilled chicken for sahur was also not included.
Complaints via telephone, the grilled chicken will be sent but the postage is at your own expense, even though it's not our fault that we immediately reject it. Then they were asked to claim if they passed near there later. Finally had to find another shortage to eat sahur.
Oh yes. Even though the prayer room is quite large, it is also dirty. Lost with Bebek Narto (located close to Ampera) whose prayer room is small but clean.
Sorry, the building is nice but Ampera's service here in general, "koplak". Our family agreed that we would not buy food at Ampera Pondok Gede again.
