1. Orderan ku dibungkus pas sampe rumah cumi dan jengkolnya gak ada ?
2. Makan ke-2 x nya: orderanku ketuker sama punya orang ?
Saran:
1. Manajemen order Alam sunda harus berubah, harus sudah manfaatin teknologi. Jadi setiap orderan customer bisa di print slip nya sesuai nomor antrian, dan bisa jadi acuan kesesuaian yg di order sama aktual makanannya.
2. Harus tambah 1 lg penggorengan diujung dan staff yg urus packing atau menu untuk siap antar jadi lebih cepat, di jam sibuk ancur brantakan order pada ketuker customer, petugas panik.
Smoga manajemen Alam Sunda baca ini, karna aku peduli sama pengusaha lokal.
Biar bisnis tetap profesional dan terus bersaing, dan tidak ada customer yg terdzolimi terus.
Sorry, only 1 star, there are many problems here:
1. My order was wrapped when I got home the squid and jengkol weren't there
2. His 2nd meal: my order was knocked out by someone else
Suggestion:
1. Sundanese order management has to change, it has to take advantage of technology. So every customer order can be printed out according to the queue number, and it can be used as a reference for the suitability of what was ordered and the actual food.
2. You have to add 1 more frying pan at the end and the staff who takes care of packing or menus to be ready for delivery so it's faster, during rush hour, the order is ruined by the customer, the clerk panics.
Hopefully the management of Alam Sunda reads this, because I care about local entrepreneurs.
Let the business remain professional and continue to compete, and no customer will continue to be persecuted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warung nasi alam Sunda. Saya datang yang lokasinya sudah dekat dengan Vimala hills. Rumah makan ala Sunda yang harganya reasonable, tidak mahal. Untuk nasi di sajikan per bakul. Disini juga bisa pesan soto daging.
Menu makanan nya juga termasuk lengkap. Sistem nya kita ambil dulu di meja saja, terus tinggal bawa ke kasir. Setelah itu di kasih bon nya. Cuma ketika saya datang kesana, sambel terasi nya gak kebagian. Cuma sambel dadakan dan sambel hijau saja. Tapi tidak masalah
Rasanya tetap ok. Kalo ada nasi uduk seperti nya lebih ok ya.hehehe. Lokasi ini setiap liburan atau jam makan siang selalu ramai pengunjung, kadang untuk parkir mobil agak susah.
Cocok lah untuk jadi salah satu pilihan rumah makan di kawasan puncak Bogor.

The food menu is also comprehensive. We take the system first at the table, then just take it to the cashier. After that, the receipt was given. Only when I came there, the shrimp paste didn't get any. It's just an impromptu sauce and green chili. But no problem
It still feels ok. If there is nasi uduk like it, it's better, hehe. This location every vacation or lunch hour is always crowded with visitors, sometimes it's a bit difficult to park a car.
It is suitable to be one of the choices for restaurants in the peak area of Bogor.

Pas banget untuk tempat makan siang saat habis chek out dari hotel/villa di kaw Puncak, Megamendung, Gadog.
Pilihan menu banyak banget dengan konsep ambil sendiri & kasih ke pelayan untuk di goreng/bakar.
Sambalnya mantap & ambil sepuasnya karena sdh tersaji di meja.
Nasi & lalap langsung di antar ke meja.
Minuman teh tawar anget gratis & bisa pesan yg berbayar ada es teh manis, es jeruk, es campur, kelapa muda & aneka jus.
Harga sangat terjangkau & sebanding dg kualitas rasa & porsi yg di dapat.

It's really a place for lunch when you check out from the hotel/villa in Puncak, Megamendung, Gadog.
There are lots of menu choices with the concept of taking it yourself & giving it to the waiter to fry/bake.
The sambal is solid & take as much as you like because it is already served on the table.
Rice & lalap directly delivered to the table.
Fresh tea drinks are free and you can order for a fee, there are sweet iced tea, orange ice, mixed ice, young coconut & various juices.
Prices are very affordable & comparable to the quality of taste and portions you get.
