★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Papi Can deliver one of the most satisfying home-made meals diner I've ever experienced. It satisfy me in terms of both range price and the most essential of all, the taste department. I've been visiting Papi Can on three occasions, and all the meals I ate were made especially for me. I can feel the love and passion in its portion and meticuluos seasoning and lovely plating. Its a solid 5 stars.
