Suasana di pedesaan yang asri...ada penginapannya cocok untuk yang honeymoon..dan warungnya juga mantap buat bersantai ria...pisang goreng dan singkongnya jangan lupa dipesan yaa
The atmosphere in the countryside is beautiful ... there is an inn suitable for the honeymoon ... and the stall is also great for relaxing fun ... fried bananas and cassava don't forget to order

Ada minimal order. Harga pricey jika di bandingkan kompetitor yang memiliki view yang sama dan desain tempat yang lebih baik. Minimal bawa 200rban untuk 2 orang. Rasa 5/10 Tempat 8/10

Horrible customer service. Staff must learn how to deal with customers politely and learn how to properly explain a new rule without making customers feeling like a criminal for not knowing about their reservation policy. Just horrible customer service. We went here on a Sunday. All masked up, following covid protocol. When we got to the place, we asked the parking guy, if we were allowed to come inside. He said yes. We told him there were two senior citizens in the car. Parking guy allowed us to take the car inside. When we got there, we were greeted by an old lady. She asked if we have made a reservation to stay over night. We said we haven't, because we only came to enjoy the view and a cup of coffee. Then we asked if we could just sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in the warung. She directed us to the Warung downstairs. So, we went downstairs, we carefully guided our 76 year old mother downstairs. Our mother was in her walking cain, so we took it one step at a time. We finally made it downstairs, but haven't even reached the Warung Jembarati area--this female staff, a young lady in a veil, asked us harshly, a bit shouting because she was 2 meters away,"What are you doing here?" We were very surprised but we still answered, politely, "We want to sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee" --we (my cousin and I) said that while holding our 76 year old mother, guarding her so she won't fall. That young lady then said, "Did you make a reservation yet?" We said "No.. but your staff upstairs told us that we could go downstairs to drink coffee. We didn't know we had to make a reservation to drink coffee, we thought it was for staying over". She then said, (in Bahasa, generally translated to English, it is more harsh in Bahasa) "No you can't. We only accept people who already made a reservation. You can't come inside" while looking at us like we were criminals for not making a reservation in advance. Then that female staff just left us with no solution. We were shocked and speechless. That female staff can CLEARLY see us holding an elderly woman and we froze, trying to digest her harsh attitude towards us. After a minute, I called her again, to ask if we could borrow a chair because our mother couldn't immediately go up the stairs again. Female staff didn't come again. Two male staff came to attend our needs, one gave us a wooden stool. Then he apologized to us. I gave immediate feedback to that male staff, telling him that he needs to coordinate and communicate better with other staff. He then left. About 5 minutes later, that male staff came back and said, "after discussion, our staff decided that you can come to the warung" but the damage has already been done. We lost interest in that place all together. We came in peace, but was treated extremely poorly. We understood that we didn't know and follow their reservation policy, but the way they rejected us was very inappropriate. We left the place as soon as my mother was ready to stand up and walk up the stairs again--10 minutes later. That female staff in a veil (I didn't catch her name) seriously needs to learn how to properly treat customers--especially customers who came with an elderly senior citizen who has limited ability to walk up and down the stairs. A warung with a good view and scenary would be way much better with good customer service. One star for this place.

They sell view and experience, I would give 4 stars if their foods are not that pricey.
