★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terbaikkkk... sambel dadaknya mantapp.. benar-benar mendadak. Sayur asemnya enaaaak, ikan nila bakarnya paling mantap. Harga tentu saja the best.. murah meriah.
Best ... the sambel dadak is awesome ... really sudden. The tamarind vegetables are good, the grilled tilapia are the best. The price is of course the best.. cheap.

Tempat makan a la Sunda. Yang dimasak saat dipesan. Sehingga makanan nya akan fresh. Ada berbagai pilihan. Kami memesan ayam bakar, pepes ayam, sayur asem, tahu, tempe, dan cah kangkung. untuk rasa biasa saja, tapi karena baru diolah jadi lebih nikmat.
Ayam bakar tidak di rekomendasi, karena hanya digosong kan saja. Sampai kulit ayam yang berlemak dan enak tidak dapat di makan.
Cah kangkung direkomendasikan. Fresh dan enak.
Hanya beberapa masakan terlalu berasa penyedap.

Where to eat a la Sundanese. Which is cooked when ordered. So the food will be fresh. There are various choices. We ordered grilled chicken, pepes chicken, tamarind vegetables, tofu, tempeh, and water spinach. for ordinary taste, but because it has just been processed, it makes it more delicious.
Grilled chicken is not recommended, because it is only burnt. Until fatty and tasty chicken skin cannot be eaten.
Cah kale is recommended. Fresh and delicious.
Only a few dishes are too flavorful.

Teri balado for 20 K IDR
This is probably one of the best dried fish balado you could find in Jakarta and definitely one that is worth more than its relatively low asking price. The two of us just ate this with rice, some lalapan (fresh raw veg typically eaten with a dab of chili sambal), their nuclear (but seriously worth the hurt) sambal dadak, and their 10 K IDR oseng kangkung (stir-fried water spinach) and we still had some of this amazing teri balado leftover for us to snack on.
Now i personally find that Sundanese cuisine tend to be overly salty for my tastes, but i do acknowledge that many people mind find that this level of saltiness hits the spot just right. That being said, the quality of the salted fish here is quite good - especially when compared with several other purveyors in the area which do not seem to care as much about their sourcing and processing. Their balado spices are also great - it might not be the best if you ask a Padang afficionado, but it arguably is better than what most others will provide.
Their stir-fried water spinach is also great because of its freshness and simplicity. Good sourcing and ample amounts of garlic and chillies really does it for me. It isn't that spicy on its own, but if you eat the chillies you will get that kick.
Now their sambal dadak (suddenly sambal has happened to me, as i was having my cup of tea #yousingyoulose) is a whole different level. I dare say it is the best you can find in a wide radius in terms of freshness and taste. It is nuclear tho, so be warned. Now i love me some heat, but this thing is really really REALLY hot. I once forced myself to finish the whole cobek and i was sweating profusely for ages. So last night i merely dabbed my lalapan and sprinkled a bit of the water as well as taking some of the green tomatoes and it still packs a punch.
Last night is probably the 4th time i have eaten here. The prices are really more than worth the value they serve, so do pay it a visit if you are hankering for some salted fish, pepes ayam, paru, etc.
