★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a franchise restaurant, and compare to others Warung Bu Kris, this place is the worst franchise. Despite its good location and big space restaurant, service was too poor. I ordered hot lime and hot meat soup. Special request, i want to have it hot, not warm. But in some minutes, my order came and it's warm. I told them to make it hot, and it took them forever (until my friends almost finish their food). We also ordered krupuk, and I have to ask them several times. I saw they never use handglove when they pick up lalapan and krupuk. So it is not hygiene. And even there are many waitresses in this restaurant, they just like to sit and talk each other. It really needs big effort to call them.

I don't think I need to explain more.
Sayur asam is the best.
Btw, they change Bakwan Penyet to Baso Penyet in Jakarta, which is amusing for me....
btw, you can enjoy non spicy penyet for your kids here.
