SUDRA yang asli dari tegal ini, warteg jaya abadi sudah berdiri dari taun 1965. Dan lokasinyapun sempat berpindah-pindah, namun lokasi perpindahan itupun tidak jauh dari lokasi saat ini.
Dari ketrangan pemilik juga lokasi saat ini juga dulu tidak seperti keadaan saat ini, dulu posisi warteg jaya abadi terlihat dari jalan sangat setrategis untuk di lihat oleh masyarakat yg melintasi perempatan bepas utan kayu, namun setelah adanya pembangunan-pembangunan dari pemerintah, dan penyempitan pembangunan dr warga sekitar sendiri lokasi warteg jaya abadi mulai tertutup dan bisa di katakan warteg masuk gang.
Walaupun konsumen mereka saat ini tidak seperti dulu, tp warteg ini mash tetap exis di kalangan warga sekitar.
Dari informasi pemilik juga terkadang mash ada saja langganan makan lama datang ke tempat ini dan yg pasti mereka bercerita kisah mereka saat mash muda makan di warteg ini.
