★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salah satu "franchise" Warteg yang cukup terkenal di daerah Rawamangun, khususnya di sekitaran Bujana Tirta dan Pisangan Lama. Letaknya berada di Jalan Bujana Tirta 9 ( walaupun di plang nama wartegnya alamatnya tertulis Jalan Rawamangun Muka Selatan I ).
Kenapa saya sebut franchise ?? Karena warteg yang bernama "BENI" sendiri ada tiga cabang ( ditambah satu warung bakso bernama sama ) yang terletak di sekitaran Pisangan dan Bujana Tirta. Entah itu karena masih satu saudara atau memang sistem bisnisnya yang benar benar waralaba, ataupun karena plagiarisme nama warungnya untuk mendongkrak pemasaran.
Untuk Warteg Beni yang terletak di Rawamangun Muka Selatan ini parkirnya cukup luas, meskipun parkirnya di jalan. Sedangkan parkir yang di dalam warungnya biasanya digunakan untuk parkir motor penghuni kost yang tinggal di lantai atas warteg.
Menu yang disajikan sangat banyak, dan semuanya lezat. Selain itu harganya yang terjangkau yang menyebabkan warteg ini tidak pernah sepi pembeli ( terutama pada saat jam makan siang serta jam pulang kantor ).
Disini juga tersedia toilet di belakang warteg serta TV yang bisanya digunakan untuk nonton bareng acara olahraga seperti sepak bola ataupun balap motor.
Mungkin kekurangan warteg ini hanya pada tempatnya yang sedikit kurang bersih dibandingkan rumah makan lain yang sudah beralaskan keramik.

Why do I call a franchise ?? Because the warteg named "BENI" itself has three branches (plus one meatball stall with the same name) located around Pisangan and Bujana Tirta. Either because it is still one sibling or because the business system is really a franchise, or because of the plagiarism of the name of the shop to boost marketing.
For Warteg Beni, which is located in Rawamangun Muka Selatan, the parking lot is quite large, although the parking is on the street. Meanwhile, the parking in the shop is usually used to park the motorbikes of the boarding house residents who live on the top floor of the warteg.
The menu is very large, and all delicious. In addition, the price is affordable, which causes this warteg to be never empty of buyers (especially during lunch hours and office hours).
Here are also available toilets behind the warteg as well as a TV which is usually used to watch sporting events such as football or motor racing.
Maybe the shortage of this warteg is only in a place that is a little less clean than other restaurants that have been covered with ceramics.
