Lokasinya ada disekitar Komplek DISKUM, PP & PWI, Khusus buat yang susah tidur,.. tapi pingin ngopi sambil cari suasana diluar ruangan,.. bisa sambil makan Indo Mie rebus/Gorengan, Kerupuk, Beng-beng, Roti 2 Ribuan, kacang Atom, Minuman dinging, goreng-gorengan,.. Di tempat ini bisa sambil nonton TV internet, siaran Kuntilanak cari jodoh, atau siaran orang-orang kesurupan kesambet setan kuburan, dll,.. yang penting pulangnya bayar, walau seringkali diutangin & kadang-kadang ada juga yang pura-pura lupa ? ...
