Saya kirim barang dr tgl 26 ,dan tgl 28 status paket saya yang kebetulan via shopee-jnt belum berubah,wajar kah saya nanya ?? dan saya biasa ngirim paket saya via shopee dengan code JPxxxxx ,awalnya diangkat sama cici'nya,cici'nya baik dan sopan,ketika dialihkan ke bapak'nya mulailah emosi saya,ketika si bapak dengan ke'sok tauanya dia bilang kalo saya salah code,saya sudah bilang saya biasa kirim seminggu bisa 4x dengan code yang sama,tp si bapak malah nyolot bilang saya salah harusnya pake code IDxxx ,sedangkan ID itu untuk pengiriman yang menggunakan shopee-ID express,dan paket saya JNT-shopee makanya beda code,udah bapanya nyolot manggil'nya anda" ,nuduh saya naro paket depan pager lagi pdhal saya ngirim sendrii kasih ke karyawanya yang ga becus kerjanya sore" bukan pagi" seperti bapak itu bilang nemu paket saya pagi" depan pager,setelah itu saya bilang oke saya ambil paket saya,pdhal saya sopan loh k bapaknya saya ngmgny lembut baik" ngomongnya nanya'nya tp bapanya nyolot dan bilang anda" pula ke saya anda beginilah anda begitulah,akhirnya saya ambil paket saya untung ketemu cicinya dan saya jelaskan,saya juga males ketemu bapaknya,saya tau cici'nya kurang mengerti,saya ambil paketnya dan saya kirim via jnt pulogebang raya,dan paket saya DITERIMA dengan mudahnya,jadi sebelum menyalahkan customer dan nyolot" marah" ke customer yang sopan sama bapak dan pengalamana kirim paket bertahun",sebaiknya bapak makesure dulu ya pak ,yang salah customer bapak atau si KARYAWAN bapak yang bilang paket saya GAGAL di scan ,Terimakasih sebelumnya ❀❀ Tuhan berkati bapak luarbiasa ya

Bapak2nya yg agak tua kurang sopan Paket masuk 1kg dihitung dimensi pula jd 2kg.. Paket 2 packing dilakban jd 1 diprotes katanya mau ngakalin berat.. timbangan gimana cara ngakalinnya pak? Gak berkah pak rejekinya
