Barang yg saya kirim diterima, tapi tidak dikirim ke tujuan,
Alasan mereka barang saya cairan, tidak bisa dikirimkan..
Padahal saat saya kirim udah jelas2 saya bilang barangnya cairan, kalo memang ga bs kirim kenapa mereka mau terima..?
Ketika dikembalikan mereka ga balikin uang nya lagi, hangus gitu aja...
Jelek, sangat2 jelek pelayanannya...
Service is quite disappointing,
The goods that I sent were received, but not sent to their destination,
Their reason is that my item is liquid, it can't be delivered ..
Even though when I sent it, it was clear that I said the product was liquid, if it can't be sent, why would they accept it ..?
When it was returned they didn't return the money again, it was forfeited ...
Ugly, very bad service ...

Cuma kayak tempat tampung doang dan gak mau tanggung jawab sama sekali kalau ada barang yang bermasalah.
CS dikasih 3 nomor semuanya gak diangkat.
Giliran dibales CSnya dioper ke orang lain, terus dioper oper dan semuanya tidak memberi solusi.
Alhasil sekarang barang tidak tahu dimana.
S*** pelayanan super buruk bintang 5 mah bohong besar!
If there is zero I give zero.
It's just like a place to stay and doesn't want any responsibility at all if there are problems with the goods.
CS given 3 numbers are all not appointed.
The CS turn is passed to someone else, then passes to the pass and all of them don't provide a solution.
As a result now the goods do not know where.
