★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya belanja online 18 Agt, bayar di tanggal yg sama. Tgl 21 status di Wahana Tracking "Dalam proses pengiriman ke kota tujuan." Saya mencoba komplen dengan cara yg lebih bijak yaitu lewat akun FB Wahana dan no. WA Wahana untuk komplen area Jak Ut. Namun jawabannya ya di ulang2 terus "Dalam proses pengiriman ke kota tujuan." Sampai hari ini belum jelas di mana barang pesanan saya itu. Kebetulan barang tersebut adalah makanan, ngga terbayang di simpan begitu lama di gudang Wahana. Benar-benar mengecewakan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad sevices. Kirim paket dari tanggal 1 agustus sampe sekarang 10 agustus ga terkirimkan. Status ga berubah, cuma tertulis sudah diterima di wahana sunter jaya. Tanya by wa ke customer service tiap hari kayak ngabsen cuma bisa bilang sabar, maaf, harap tunggu segera dikirimkan... tapi mana bukti nyata nya???? Mau komplain kemana juga bingung kalo begini caranya, telp wahana sunter jaya juga tidak bisa dihubungi. OMG... saya tau kalo kalian tarif nya murah, cuman ga begini juga pelayanan nya, cukup sekali ini aja... kapok beneran sama Wahana. Paket ku ga tau tuh gimana nasibnya... ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dan ternyata dua kali Uda pengiriman barang ku di proses pengiriman ulang. sejauh apa rupa nya alamat wahana ini sama tempat ku. Sama" tg Priok kita lek, sama" jakut, cuma 10-15mnt, aku pun bayar bukan free, Professional dikit lah lek ku. Hajab kali pokoknya. kek anak" kau buat aku bah
