★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is amazing ♡. It is not only the place where we can get a service for our motorbikes but, also buy and change the spareparts and of course buy a new motorbike. I never buy a new motorbike here so, I'll talk about another thing except this one. Do not worry if we don't know what's the problem with our motorbikes since they will check it thoroughly. Moreover, we also do not need to afraid to spend money over our budgets. Except for service and lubricants which only only cost around 120k-150k (depends on the motorbike too), every spareparts will be discussed with the motorbike owner. So, you can control how much you want to spend. As we know, the duration of the service, lubricant change, and spareparts change if there are any, will take at least an hour without queque and two hours or more with queque. I believe we will get bored if we have to wait so long. To solve this probem, Wahana give us the best facility for consumers while waiting their motorbikes to be done. We get a free drink for full service which is usually a cold tea in bottle but, do not worry if you did not get it since they also prepare hot coffe and tea in the waiting room. Then, we also get free snacks and candies. Actually, there are also two computers in the waiting room but, it is not always working. If you are lucky then you can also play a game, browsing through internet, and watch a movie in it but, without the sounds. Hhhh, it is annoying but understandable since we might disturb the others if there is a sounds while watching the movie. Even though there is a see-through glass wall to reduce the sounds of tools and so on while doing a service, there is still some sounds that escape from it so yeah, we don't want to add more noises, aren't we? There is also a little prayer room for Muslim in third floor. It is not the best but, better that nothing, right? And the same condition also happen to two toilets in the waiting room. The frontdesk ladies and gentlemen are super nice. I love when they offer something without force it. I think they accept cash, debit, or credit cards payment but, so far, I only use cash though. Overall, it is a must visit place if you want to service and other things related to motorbike. Hope fully they can upgrade some parts that seem need to be upgraded. Thanks.
