Very responsive in relation to package confirmation. Even though in the end I took the items myself, it wasn't a problem for me In a pandemic season like this, I can tolerate it because of all the limited activities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sering banget paketnya ditahan. Nyesel banget hiks, nyesel juga ga ingetin diri sendiri padahal udah beberapa kali ditahan begini di cabang kebumen, lain kali jangan pake ekpedisi ini. Lain kali jangan tergiur harganya yang lebih murah. Padahal paling cuma beda 1000-3000.
Very often the package is withheld. I'm really sorry, I'm sorry I don't remember myself even though I've been detained several times like this at the Kebumen branch, next time don't use this expedition. Next time don't be tempted by the cheaper price. Even though the difference is only 1000-3000.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mungkin klo dari pihak managemen sudah sesuai SOP,, biasanya itu ulah oknum crew yg barangkali dari segi finansial masih dirasa kurang, jdi dg cara boikot pengiriman yg tidak tepat waktu,,,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ superslow... xpedisi lain berlomba2 kirim paketan biar cepet sampai dan pick up meski daerah pelosok n kalau sedang overload kirim2 sampai malem banget juga dijalanin... eh ini kebalikannya ☹️.
