โ โ โ โ โ Mas mohon untuk kalo mau isi game, dibanyakin pilihan gamenya masa cmn dikit sih mas. Sementara saya kasih bintang 1, saya seminggguan atau beberapa hari lg mau kesana tp kalo sudah banyak pilihan isi game baru saya recommend dan saya naikkan bintangnya kalo masih sedikit wah parah.

โ โ โ โ โ Pertama kali saya service PS4, langsung dapet pengalaman super tidak menyenangkan dari pegawai Viva games. Ada beberapa poin yang mau saya jabarkan:
1. Waktu pertama datang, belom selesai dicek secara lengkap langsung bilang yang rusak mesinnya. Setelah saya bilang kalau pesan errornya ada pada storage / harddisk baru dia mau cek lagi dan bilang kalo harddisknya yang kena
2. Karena stok harddisk disana habis jadilah saya beli di luar, dan mereka hanya memberi jasa install ulang + pengisian game. Awalnya dikasih list game, tapi kok cuma sedikit. Saya tanyalah bisa nggak di downloadkan game request dari saya, dibalas bisa dan saya kasih list game nya. Setelah diminta untuk datang dan bisa ambil ps nya, betapa kaget saya kalau ternyata cuma diisi 8 game yang memang stok dari sananya, dan bilang kalo gabisa diinstall game request saya. Ini sih namanya penipuan konsumen. Dengan bukti SS sejelas ini silahkan dinilai apakah service nya baik atau tidak.
3. Tidak diberikannya nota bukti pembayaran, saya dipatok harga install ulang + isi 8 game saja kena 500rb tanpa konfirmasi kalau tidak bisa di download kan game yang saya request. Selain itu juga tidak dijelaskan garansi servisnya.
Kesimpulan : Pecat mas2 penjaga tokonya / tutup saja tokonya kalau menyepelekan kepuasan konsumen.

This is called consumer fraud. With SS evidence as clear as this, please judge whether the service is good or not.
3. I was not given a proof of payment, I was pegged at the price for reinstalling + just contents of 8 games, I got 500 thousand without confirmation if I couldn't download the game I requested. In addition, the service guarantee is also not explained.
Conclusion: Fire the shopkeepers / just close the shop if you underestimate customer satisfaction.
