Slow aja jelasinnya masalah dosis obat nya g usah pake nada tinggi,,, tau istilah smiling voice g mas? Atau service attitude, dokternya aja ramah kok elu nya nyolot, biasa aja y mas besok kalo ada yg nanya nanya masalah obat,,,
Belajar dulu gmn melayani masyarakat awam,,, kita nanya baik" malah nyolot, belajar apa itu smiling voice,,, service attitude, okey? Bye!!!

hanya saja tampilan depan kurang mencerminkan apotek. terkesan kurnag bersih dan kurang perawatan.
oya, paving depan juga licin. apalagi jika sesudah diguyur hujan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jumat tgl 7 januari (hari ini) jam 10 pagi saya membeli obat batuk untuk anak saya. Intinya saya nanya ada gk obat yg fungsinya untuk bapil + paracetamol, pelayannya bilang tdk ada karna untuk anak dibawah 2th obatnya sendiri2. Ok lah fine, diambilnya satu obat dan itu obat untuk batuk saja. Terus dia tiba2 bilang apa mau yg lebih murah ini ada merk ***, saya tanya itu obat untuk apa mbk? (Maksutnya batuk atau pilek). Eh si pelayannya ini ngegas dengan nada tinggi dong "lha emang mbaknya tu mau cari obat batuk atau pilek kan saya jadi bingung". dia ngambilin obat tanpa penjelasan sbg customer gk salah dong tanya itu obat untuk apa. Bener2 baru kali ini di apotek yg udah ada dimana2 tapi pelayanannya seburuk ini. Tolong deh di coaching atau apa lah si pelayan satu ini. Tanggal hari dan jam udah tercantum boleh di cek itu siapa nama pelayannya. Thx
Friday, January 7 (today) at 10 am I bought cough medicine for my child. Basically, I asked if there was any medicine that had a function for bapil + paracetamol, the waiter said there wasn't because for children under 2 the medicine was alone. Ok lah fine, take one medicine and it's medicine for cough only. Then he suddenly said did you want the cheaper one with the *** brand, I asked what medicine was that for, Ms. (Meaning cough or cold). Eh, the waiter gasped in a high tone, "You really want to find medicine for coughs or colds, right, I'm confused". he took the medicine without an explanation as a customer, it's not wrong, please ask what medicine is for. This is really the first time at a pharmacy that is already everywhere but the service is this bad. Please coaching or what is this one waiter. The date, day and time are listed, you can check the name of the waiter. Thx
