★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sudah Nunggu jadi sertifikat lama, sekalinya jadi sertifikat masih HGB, padahal saya sudah peningkatan ke SHM..
disuruh menunggu lagi 2 bulan, tapi sampai sekarang belum beres² juga
 I've been waiting for an old certificate, once it becomes a certificate it's still HGB, even though I've upgraded to SHM..
told to wait another 2 months, but so far it hasn't been okay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya warga primavera residance, saya beli rumah dgn hook 36m & sy bayar jg dgn nominal uang untuk tanah 36m, sy info mau dilakukan pembangunan & dipersilahkan, tetapi pd saat setelah dilakukan pembangunan sy diinfo kalau tanah hook sy hanya 30m dan sy disuruh untuk melakukan pembongkaran & pihak developer mau mengembalikan kelebihan uangnya, tanpa ada tanggung jwb dr pihak developer untuk biaya bongkar & material. dan sampe hari ini blm ada itikad baik untuk pengembalian dana. sy kecewa sekali dgn pelayanannya!
I'm a resident of Primavera Residance, I bought a house with a 36m hook & I also paid the nominal money for 36m of land, I was told that construction would be carried out and I was welcome, but when after construction I was informed that my hook land was only 30m and I was told to demolish & the developer wants to return the excess money, without any responsibility on the part of the developer for the costs of unloading & materials. and until today there has been no good faith for a refund. I'm very disappointed with the service!
