★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service sgt amat buruk sekaliii !!!! Nyesel bgt udh pake si viola ini ! Orang2nya jutek, nganggep remeh customer, ga profesional n buruk sekali pelayanan nya. Ini kejadian waktu pernikahan saya sebelum pandemi. Dari awal udh deal mau dirias sama tukang rias yg namanya Vevi, si Vevi n timnya jg udh oke. Eh pas H-1 sebelum acara si Vevi cancel sepihak tanpa konfirmasi sama sekali ke saya dgn alasan umroh. Ya kaliiii umroh dadakan gt (feeling saya sih dy bohong tapi entah lah). Itu jg saya tau setelah saya hubungin si Vevi tgl 10 untuk mengingatkan sdgkn acara tgl 11, eh si Vevi cancel gt aja n bilang digantiin sama adenya yg katanya jg bagus. Waktu hari H akhirnya dirias sama adenya (lupa namanya) yg membawa 2 anaknya msh kecil2 tanpa ada yg ngasuh. Sepanjang ngerias diribetin donk ama anaknya yg minta dibikinin susu lah, yg ribut lah, hadeuuuh. Harusnya kn lg rias tu fokus sama pengantin. Alhasil riasan nya pun sgt mengecewakan, pake adat sunda siger yg bagian belakang harusnya pake kembang goyang ko malah dipakein melati2 apaan tau dh, trs hijabnya jg berantakan nyampe rambut belakang keliatan. Yg harusnya pengantin keliatan menawan seperti raja-ratu sehari, ini malah diperburuk dgn riasan yg ngasal. Ampuun dh nih si Viola ini ! Kecewa berat ! Jgn sampe anak keturunan, sodara, tetangga, temen pake jasa rias viola !!! Sekian
Service is very very bad !!!! I'm really sorry for using this viola! The people are rude, think of customers lightly, unprofessional and very bad service. This happened during my wedding before the pandemic. From the start, it was a deal to do makeup with a makeup artist whose name is Vevi, Vevi and his team are okay too. Eh, on D-1 before the event, Vevi unilaterally canceled without any confirmation to me on the grounds of Umrah. Yes, I went on an impromptu umrah (I feel like I'm lying, but I don't know). I also know that after I contacted Vevi on the 10th to remind him that the event was on the 11th, eh, Vevi just canceled it and said it was replaced with Adenya, who said it was also good. When the D day finally made up with Adenya (forgot her name) who brought her 2 young children with no one to take care of them. As long as you're doing makeup, don't worry about your child asking for milk, it's the noisy one, hadeuuuh. The makeup should focus on the bride and groom. As a result, her make-up was very disappointing, using the Sunda Siger custom, which is supposed to be wearing a rocking flower on the back, but instead of wearing jasmine, you know, the hijab is messy until the back hair is visible. The bride should look charming like kings for a day, this is actually made worse by awkward makeup. Oh my gosh, this Viola! Very disappointed ! Don't let your descendants, friends, neighbors, friends use viola makeup services!!! so much
