★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suka improvisasi sendiri gak karuan tanpa konfirmasi ke client, sejadinya aja biar (mungkin) bikinnya gampang. Akhirnya saya dari sisi client perlu inisiatif untuk buat design sendiri, itupun kelihatannya juga dicek hanya sebagai formalitas, sudah susah-susah bikin design (karena saya memang bukan orang design interior), saat implementasinya juga beda lagi.
Minta ketemu owner sampe beberapa kali, tapi ujung2nya cuma ketemu tukang lapangan dengan beragam alasan.
Karena gak sesuai design yang sudah disepakati dan berantakan, harusnya boleh dong ya client minta revisi? dan saya rasa itupun memang hak client.
ehh, ternyata di info ternyata ownernya memberikan layanan lebih, saya di info sudah bagus ga dikenakan charge tambahan karna ada revisi atau perbaikan seolah2 salahnya di pihak client.
dari awal mulai pekerjaan sampai selesai, waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk pengerjaan untuk kitchen set saja memakan waktu hingga 2 bulan. dikasih kepercayaan pegang kunci, malah datengnya bolong-bolong, sampai mau kerjain hal yang lain, client malah harus nunggu kunci dari tukangnya vinili.
karena jadwal udah mundur gak karuan, akhirnya saya memutuskan cari kontraktor lain, terus semua pekerjaan beres dalam waktu 2 minggu.
tambahan informasi, saya sampai panggil tukang sendiri untuk bantuin kerjaan vinili lho, yang pastinya ada biaya tambahan lagi buat beresin masalah yang ada, supaya beres dalam waktu 2 bulan.
Terakhir, nagih invoice juga gak paham sama kondisi lapangan. ada tagihan aksesoris, tapi gak dipasang di lapangan, sampe perlu tanya tukang bolak-balik buat mastiin barang yang dipasang atau enggak.
Lain kali kalo kerja coba di kontrol yang bener ya, jangan bikin masalah seperti ini. Client minta bantuan furniture interior design & build biar masalahnya beres, bukan ditambahin masalah.
Pemakaian belum sampe 6 bulan, furniturenya pada di makanin rayap. Terpaksa deh panggil tukang rayap buat beresin masalah ini. Setelah dicek ternyata rayapnya dari kayu furniture yang dipakai oleh vinili. ampun deh, saya pikir masalah udah selesai, ternyata masih ada episode-episode berikutnya.
Tadinya gak mau ngepost sampe detail begini, jujur kecewa banget sih pake jasa furniture interior design & build dari vinili. cuma saya rasa perlu banget supaya Vinili bisa belajar dari pengalaman yang terjadi. Untuk client, jangan lupa pastiin juga kalo ada pengerjaan di kontrol dengan baik supaya pengalaman seperti ini gak terulang.
I don't like improvising myself without confirmation to the client, so I (maybe) make it easy. Finally, from the client side, I needed the initiative to make my own design, and even then it seemed that it was checked just as a formality, it was already difficult to make a design (because I am not an interior design person), when the implementation was different again.
I asked to see the owner until several times, but in the end, I only met field workers for various reasons.
Because the design doesn't match the agreed upon and it's messy, should the client ask for a revision? and I think that is the right of the client.
ehh, it turns out that in the info it turns out that the owner provides more service, I was told that it was good and was not subject to additional charges because there was a revision or improvement as if it was the fault of the client.
from the start of work to completion, the time needed to work on the kitchen set alone takes up to 2 months. given the trust to hold the key, instead it comes in holes, until I want to do other things, the client actually has to wait for the key from the vinyl craftsman.
because the schedule had gone awry, I finally decided to find another contractor, and all the work was done within 2 weeks.
additional information, I even called the repairman myself to help with the vinyl work, you know, of course there are additional costs for resolving existing problems, so that it will be resolved within 2 months.
Finally, collect invoices also do not understand the conditions in the field. there is a bill for accessories, but it is not posted in the field, so you need to ask a worker back and forth to make sure what is installed or not.
Next time you work, try to control it properly, don't cause problems like this. The client asks for help with interior design & build furniture so that the problem is resolved, not adding problems.
It hasn't been used until 6 months, the furniture is eaten by termites. I was forced to call a termite handyman to fix this problem. After checking, it turned out that the termites were from the furniture wood used by vinyl. geez, I thought the problem was over, apparently there were still more episodes to come.
At first I didn't want to post until this detail, to be honest, I was really disappointed to use interior design & build furniture services from vinyl. but I think it really is necessary so that Vinili can learn from the experiences that have occurred. For clients, don't forget to make sure that the work is well controlled so that experiences like this don't happen again.
