★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once i stayed in the villa and now i tried the hotel room. We choose the room with pool Access and we got room 4303. The room was great, clean and all. But i think the bathtub was overkill, its too large to fit in the area and it uses sliding door as bathroom door, but because there is bathtub, its difficult to open and close it. I prefer bathroom like the one in Marriot Yogyakarta, similar but it has bigger room and it looks cool. Breakfast was same as before. This time we tried all the kids activities and satisfied with it, the service from shaly and gita (forgot her name) is excellent. Tried the infinity pool, its gorgeous but the water is too cold. But yea, the hotel was worth the 5 star, excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here (again) today and honestly my family love this place a little too much. The breakfast is so good. They serves every kind of meal there, from traditional food (bubur ayam, ketupat sayur etc) to international food (sushi, dimsum, steamboat, american breakfast) and even traditional drinks like jamu. The place is good for childern because they have kids zone where the kids can play. There are lots of activities the kids can enjoy like animal feeding, wall climbing, bike rent, and grab wheels rent. Over all going here is 10/10 for healing with family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice layout hotel surrounded by greenery with walking trails. So lucky to be able to capture Mt Salak view.
Though, more can be done for the herb garden, and the paddy fields.
Cleanliness can be upgraded especially during pandemic times like this.
Social distancing measures should be more in place during checkouts, and meal times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Facilities and staffs are superb. The resort is quite large, 14 hectare plus. Did not expect to see the views in the pictures. Breakfast at Damar also have plenty of selection. Excellent place to unwind for families or couples. Don't forget to bring walking or running shoes because there is quite a large area to explore. Even the gym is quite nice. We love this place and surely will come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am here with my family and parents. The facilities and staff are great. the area is very large, I had a bit of trouble bringing the elderly and disabled. we recommend this resort for young families. We love this place and will come back if the opportunity arises.

Just 1 problem, receptionist is not friendly. No smile, no warm greetings. All look like administration staff or collection staff.
This is the problem most accor's hotel i have visited.
Room is great. Breakfast was awesome. Ambience is beautiful. Activity is fun
